South Texas CattleWomen are ladies from across Southwest Texas (19 counties to be exact!) who share a passion for BEEF and the beef industry.
Through advocacy, education and charitable programs we protect our industry, work toward solutions to beef cattle challenges and promote the importance of the industry and contributions to our nation’s economy.

“Dale Evans, a Uvalde, Texas girl, and Roy Rogers were heroes for generations of children. South Texas CattleWomen embrace Dale’s “cowgirl” remarks and covenant to champion children through nutrition. Each year we provide BEEF to children who have been abandoned, abused or neglected. We believe every child deserves a safe, loving environment, nurturing adult role models, exposure to the life-changing values of faith, love, education, honor, service and a consistent, nutritious diet to fully enjoy life. Spikes & Spurs is the perfect opportunity to show your support. Put on your cowboy hat and cowgirl bling for a night of food, fun and Western swing! How wonderful to be heroes for this generation of children by providing the gift of nutrition!” -Jan McCaleb Elliott
